Is The Tail Gater™ good for playing catch?
NO! NEVER THROW THE TAIL GATER.
The Tail Gater™ is made from hard plastic and could harm someone if hit with it.
Is The Tail Gater™ a dog toy?
NO! The Tail Gater™ is an ornamental bag dispenser and is NOT A DOG TOY.
What happens if I drop The Tail Gater™?
The Tail Gater™ will either bounce, or separate into two halves if dropped, while walking the dog. It is not designed to be dropped from heights above a few feet.
Will The Tail Gater™ work with another company's bags?
Generally, yes, but some bag rolls have a bigger diameter, due to the material they are made out of. There must be enough space to allow the roll to move, otherwise, you can't pull a bag out. We tested many different bags, and some of the bags made from starch, or rubber, were too thick to allow for a full roll to work.
Why are your bags plastic?
We are always exploring better options, but believe that keeping as much poop out of the water table, and into landfills, now, is better than not doing anything.
Do you accept returns for The Tail Gater™?
Yes, if you return The Tail Gater™ within 14 days of you receiving it, and it is in the same condition as we sent it, you can get a refund. We will not accept a unit that not able to be put back into our inventory. We will not issue the refund until we have received the returned unit and confirmed its condition.
Do you accept returns for Season BAG Holder subscriptions?
No, we do not refund bag subscriptions. We intentionally ship the subscription after you have received The Tail Gater™
If you have issues with the bags, you will know once you receive the dispenser.
Bags do not spoil, and due to the weight of the 54 rolls, we can't refund the postage.
If you find a roll or two, that are defective, we will send you replacement rolls.
Do you print, and ship, your apparel products?
No, we use Printful, a Print-on-Demand company to produce and ship our apparel products.
Do you accept returns or issue refunds for apparel products?
No, because we use Printful, for their products, we use their refund and return policies.

If items arrive damaged, or if they ship the wrong item, they have a process for fixing the product.
